Job Details

Project Plans: Rip off the existing shingle roof,
& install new plywood to the main deck and install a new Owens Corning shingled roof.
Removed base siding.
Installed rubber and metal step flashing.
Installed new cdx plywood to the entire shingle deck. New plywood is necessary for a new nailer to keep the new roof optimized.
Upgraded felt from 15# to synthetic felt. This helps prevent inside moisture from becoming trapped within your roofing system causing mold, mildew, and expensive structural damage Provides longer-lasting leak protection than conventional felts (which can rot or become brittle before your shingles reach their useful life)
Installed new Owens corning shingles on the roof deck.
